The Riley Group, Inc. (RGI) was founded in 1996 by two like-minded partners in Washington State—led by the entrepreneurial spirit of Paul Riley. Initially starting in the environmental consulting business, our company provided local and municipal services with a small firm atmosphere. Over the past 25 years, real estate and new development has significantly grown which encouraged RGI to capitalize on this emerging evolution by incorporating geotechnical engineering and hydrogeology services into our business as well. Today, our expert staff includes environmental scientists, professional engineers, licensed geologists and hydrogeologists.
