Kluber Lubrication North America

0

Klüber Lubrication has developed a line of specialty lubricants for the wind power industry.  The ADDED Value solution includes the Klüberplex line for the lubrication of all bearings and open gears as well as the Klübersynth line of synthetic high-performance gear oil.

Within an industry that demands efficiency, the performance of key components is critical.  While all of our lubrication products are developed with system efficiency in mind, Klüber Lubrication has now perfected a special line of products for the unique needs of the wind power industry.

As an advanced lubrication specialist, Klüber Lubrication has always been committed to helping complex mechanical systems generate more power with less wear.  By analyzing the weaknesses of traditional lubricants, we recognized a need for products that reduce the costly impact of mechanical wear, foam and residue formation, and micro-pitting.

Klüberplex greases and Klübersynth high-performance gear oils are refined to enhance wind system function and longevity.  Exceeding all of the tight specifications from wind turbine manufacturers and aftermarket operators, these lean product lines reduce the costs from repairs and spare parts, and simplify your logistical and storage requirements.

The utilization of Klüber’s specialty lubricants throughout your wind system will result in extended component life, higher efficiencies, and lower operational costs.

Classic Canvas Company

Classic Canvas Company is concerned for the safety of every one of our customers and will never compromise the safety standards of our products. Thus we have hired a prestigious firm to perform rigorous testing on all of our products.  The testing that is done mimics the standards set forth in current documents by OSHA, ANSI and NIST for other lifting related apparatus. Based on the requirements of ASME B30.26 for rigging & B30.9 for slings the estimated working load limit should not exceed 20% of the rated load limit stated on the product.   All of our products come with Model numbers, WARNING labels & Serial numbers stitched right onto the bags with clear visibility for the technicians to read. We trust in our product and we stand behind our word. Which is why random testing is done to ensure and re-assure our customers of our product quality and consistency. (TEST RESULT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.)

Elk River

0

In 1988, Elk River started a modest manufacturing operation with twelve products and a handful of employees producing safe, quality products. Today, there are more than sixty Elk River employees, manufacturing more than two thousand line items which are shipped to many cities around the globe.

At Elk River, we believe in traditional values: our people take pride in the quality work they produce. We advise each Elk River employee to execute each job responsibility as if their own loved one were going to put the product to the ultimate test. Every employee, regardless of job position, has the authority and responsibility to stop production on any product they feel does not meet the highest standards.

Elk River is continually seeking out new products and ways to make existing products better. The Elk River shipping goal is to ship standard stock products 24 hours from receipt of order. Non-stock product shipping goal is 8 – 10 working days from receipt of order. Special requested products are approved under the supervision of the R&D team. If we do not think it is safe, we will not make it…period. That is traditional values.

We believe in improving our manufacturing technology. We work at improving our products and our methods of manufacturing. Every year Elk River adds new equipment and/or upgrades existing equipment. We invest in technology and equipment that make us more efficient.

The Elk River test facilities are as modern as anywhere in the world. Elk River has an onsite test facility where we can test to any standard from any country. All Elk River products meet or exceed the following applicable standards as product labeling specifies: OSHA regulations, ANSI Standards, CSA Standards, and other applicable standards at time of manufacturing.

There is a science to product manufacturing which requires research, testing, and methods. There is also an art to designing our products, how does it feel, how does it wear, how does it look. The art represents the traditional values; the science reflects our use of technology.
