Hello, I am Jerry Qian, I am a mechanical engineer.
Currently my position is technical Support Manager ASPAC in Avanti, in charge of the technical support team in China. Generally speaking, our team’s responsibilities are giving technical support to our customers and colleagues regarding Avanti standard products.
I joined Avanti in 2007 as a technical engineer. It is around 13 years till now.
At the beginning, my main responsibilities are introducing Avanti products into China market and supporting sales team in China. In the past ten years, Avanti China grew a lot, technical support team became bigger too. In 2016 I was promoted to technical support manager ASPAC.
China market is the biggest market in wind industry. Chinese customers may have different demands compared to customers in other countries. Being close to our customers means that we need to understand what our customers really need and meet their requirements. In the latest years, Avanti has developed some products especially for Chinese customers. These actions expanded our portfolio and satisfied our customer here.
Avanti is a global, full-line supplier of products, solutions and training courses for safe work in wind turbines. We can help our customer to expand their business to the world by providing safe, certified and cost-effective solutions.
